The role of a Montessori teacher is one of ‘guide and observer’.  Town & Country Children’s Montessori teachers are the foundation of our school.  All our ‘guides’ are AMI or Montessori trained with an average of 10-15 years of ‘guiding’ experience.  Their dedication to the Montessori philosophy is seen as the work with our children in environment enriched with Montessori material and with the developmental needs of each child in mind. 

Each ‘guide’ creates an atmosphere of order, joy and discovery for the child.  They are accomplished observers who gently guide the child with purpose and patience in order to fulfill the potential of each child.
